Mandarin mimosa

The mandarin mimosa is a sparkling cocktail combining freshly squeezed mandarin juice with champagne or other sparkling wine and a dash of orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier. This mixture creates a bright, citrusy drink with light effervescence and a touch of sweetness and complexity from the liqueur. It is served chilled in champagne flutes, making it suitable for brunch or celebratory occasions.
