Ingredients

  • 4 mandarin orange peeled and segmented
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeño deseeded and finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice from one lime
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
