Mango Avocado Smoothie
This Mango Avocado Smoothie with fresh mango, avocado, and greek yogurt will boost your health and brighten your day! It is smooth, creamy, and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango you can also use frozen mango that has been thawed, fresh
- 1/2 avocado medium
- 1/2 cup yogurt plain or Greek
- 1 cup water cold
- 2 Tablespoon honey adjust to taste, or sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes 8-10 standard size ice cubes
Instructions
- Layer all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add more/less water depending on preference for thickness.
- Recipe makes 4 small smoothies/ 2 large smoothies
Notes
- Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest smoothie.
- Optional add-ins: protein powder, spinach, ground flax seed, chia seeds
- Substitute the honey with agave or maple syrup if desired
