Mango, Coconut and Dragon Fruit Smoothie

This mango, coconut and dragon fruit smoothie is fruity, tropical goodness. Dragon fruit, also know as pitaya, lends a vibant pink color to this smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango chunks frozen
  • 1 1/2 bananas sliced and frozen, divided
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 Pitaya Plus pack
  • 1 cup coconut water divided

Instructions

  1. Place the mango, half of one frozen banana and 1/2 cup coconut water in a high powered blender. Blend until smooth and divide between two glasses.
  2. Quickly wash your blender. Place the coconut cream, 1/4 cup coconut water and half of one frozen banana in the blender. Blend until smooth and pour into the glasses on top of the mango layer.
  3. Quickly wash your blender. Place the pitaya, 1/4 cup coconut water and half of one frozen banana in the blender. Blend until smooth and pour into the glasses on top of the coconut layer.
  4. Serve immediately
