Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw pepitas
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup dried mango chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°.
- Place cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, curry powder, maple syrup and sea salt in a small bowl. Toss well to combine.
- Roast nuts in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
- Add mango and cherries to the mix and enjoy. Store in an airtight container.

- This mix is packed with curry flavor, but it's not spicy. If you want some extra heat, add a little cayenne pepper!
