Mango Juice Recipe (Green Mango Juice)
This Mango Juice Recipe produces a refreshing green mango juice concentrate by roasting mangoes before blending with lemon juice, chaat masala, and simple syrup. The roasting intensifies the mango's natural sweetness and flavor complexity. The juice can be diluted with water and served with ice, sprinkled with chaat masala, and is perfect for a flavorful and cooling beverage.
