Mango Lassi

  • 1 heaping cup diced soft ripe yellow mango
  • 1/3 cup vegan plain yogurt
  • Heaping 1/2 cup soy milk (or oat!
  • 4 Ice cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and drink!
