Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch cardamom , optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the mango, yogurt, milk, honey and lemon juice to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth or creamy.
  3. Top with cardamom.
