Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup peeled and diced mango about 1 large mango
  • 1 cup pitted and diced avocado about 1 avocado
  • ½ cup diced red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely diced jalapeno
  • ⅓ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ⅓ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, combine 1 ½ cup peeled and diced mango, 1 cup pitted and diced avocado, ½ cup diced red pepper 1 tablespoon finely diced jalapeño, ⅓ cup diced red onion, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, ⅓ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro, and ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
