Mango Mojito

This mango mojito is a blend of fresh mint, lime juice, sugar, mango nectar and club soda. It's a tropical tasting cocktail that is so refreshing and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1½ ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 3½ ounces mango nectar
  • 2 ounces club soda
  • mint sprigs, mango slices and lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the sugar and hot water in a bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Place the mint leaves and sugar syrup in the bottom of a glass. Use a muddler and muddle everything together until the mint leaves are crushed.
  3. Add ice on top of the sugar mint mixture. Pour in the rum, lime juice and mango nectar.
  4. Add the club soda, then stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with lime slices, mango slices and mint sprigs if desired, then serve.

Notes

  • You will need to use a muddler to crush the mint leaves for the most authentic flavor. Muddlers can be purchased at kitchen supply stores or online.
  • This recipe makes one cocktail. You can change the number of servings in the recipe card to suit the size of your group and the ingredient amounts will scale up accordingly.
