Mango passion fruit smoothie or batido de mango y maracuya

This mango passion fruit smoothie blends fresh mango slices with passion fruit concentrate and lime juice for a bright tropical flavor. Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 ounces Mango from about 2-3 smaller mangoes or 1 large mango, fresh, sliced
  • 1 ½ cup passion fruit concentrate unsweetened (use frozen packs if you don’t have access to fresh passion fruits, or pulp
  • ¼ cup lime juice from about 3-4 limes, fresh
  • 1 to 1 ½ cups of water adjust based on how thick you want the smoothie – can also replace with milk or yogurt based on your preference
  • ¼ to ½ cup sugar honey or sweetener - adjust based on natural sweetness of mangoes and your personal preference
  • ice as needed
To garnish:
  • lices lime fresh
  • lices passion fruit pulp fresh

Instructions

  1. Place the mango slices, passion fruit concentrate, lime juice, water and sugar in a blender. Mix until smooth.
  2. For a slushy o frozen treat consistency add ice and crush until smooth.
  3. Serve the passion fruit mango smoothies garnished with lime slices.
