Mango Salsa

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, I am excited to share a super simple and delicious mango salsa recipe inspired by my daughter!

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango peeled and cut into a small dice (pit removed)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • Jalapeño diced, amount to taste (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and serve with your favorite Mexican dish!
