Ingredients

  • 2 Mango peeled, pitted, and diced, ripe
  • 1/2 red onion diced, small
  • 1 cucumber sliced and diced, medium
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro finely chopped, leaves
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
