Mango Salsa

You only need 6 ingredients to make this fresh and delicious Mango Salsa. Serve with chicken, fish, tortilla chips or use as a topping for tacos!

Ingredients

  • 3 Mango peeled, pitted, and diced, medium, ripe
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • lime juice of 1
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mango, red pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.

Notes

  • Store leftover salsa in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
