Ingredients
- 3 medium ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mango, red pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.
