Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • dash coarse kosher salt

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together the mango, red onion, roasted red pepper, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest and salt.
