Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups Mango frozen (fresh can also be used)
  • ½ cup milk or orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons ground flax

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add yogurt, mango, milk and flax to blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth & serve immediately.

Notes

  • If using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to thicken.
  • Leftover smoothie can be frozen in ice cube trays and added to future smoothies.
  • Leftover smoothies also make great popsicles for kids.
