Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups Mango frozen (fresh can also be used)
- ½ cup milk or orange juice
- 2 teaspoons ground flax
Instructions
- Add yogurt, mango, milk and flax to blender.
- Blend until smooth & serve immediately.
Notes
- If using fresh fruit, add a handful of ice cubes to thicken.
- Leftover smoothie can be frozen in ice cube trays and added to future smoothies.
- Leftover smoothies also make great popsicles for kids.
