  • ½ cup oatmeal old fashioned, Bob's Red Mill, gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal Bob's Red Mill brand
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup milk (any kind (or water))

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a microwavable bowl and heat on high for 90 seconds. Stir before serving. Garnish with fruit and nuts if you wish.
