This easy maple and brown sugar oatmeal recipe is ready in just 90 seconds and is naturally gluten free!
Ingredients
- ½ cup oatmeal old fashioned, Bob's Red Mill, gluten free
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal Bob's Red Mill brand
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup milk (any kind (or water))
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a microwavable bowl and heat on high for 90 seconds. Stir before serving. Garnish with fruit and nuts if you wish.
