Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon fennel seed
- 1 tablespoon dried rubbed sage
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl add the ground pork, maple syrup, fennel seed, dried rubbed sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and red pepper flakes.
- Mix well until ingredients are well blended.
- Make into 1/4 cup patties, about 1/2" thick.
- Cook with vegetable oil on medium heat, 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
