Ingredients

  • 10 oz (280g) baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • salt to taste
  • 3 dashes ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the carrots with all the ingredients and toss to mix well.
  3. Arrange the baby carrots on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Roast for 40 minutes or until the carrots are tender and soft. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
