Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, measuring cup or a mini food processor, combine the dijon mustard, maple syrup, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Whisk or mix well until it is emulsified. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve over a salad or grilled vegetables.
