Maple Glazed Pecans
Maple Glazed Pecans are pecan halves coated in a mixture of pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and fine sea salt, then cooked until the syrup caramelizes and coats the nuts evenly. The result is crunchy, sweet, and slightly salty glazed pecans that can be served as a snack, salad topping, or dessert garnish. Cooling on parchment prevents sticking and preserves the glaze.
