Maple Roasted Pecans

These Maple Roasted Pecans are a wonderful little snack to eat alone or add to a yogurt parfait or oatmeal.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups raw pecans halves
  • 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. In a bowl, mix the maple syrup and vanilla together.
  4. Pour the nuts into the mixture and stir to coat thoroughly
  5. Spread them out onto the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes
