Margarita Floats
Margarita Floats are refreshing cocktails that combine a shaken blend of tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and orange liqueur, served over crushed ice and topped with scoops of citrus sherbet or sorbet. The glasses are rimmed with tajin or margarita salt, adding a zesty, slightly spicy contrast. This cocktail balances tart, sweet, and boozy notes with creamy sherbet floats for a layered drink experience.
