Marinated Flank steak Dinner

This easy and delicious marinated Flank Steak Dinner Recipe takes less than 10 minutes to cook and it's perfect for hosting company. Juicy, sweet and smoky.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb flank steak fat trimmed
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl mix the bbq sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic until combined
  2. Pour the sauce into a baggie and insert the beef. Rub the sauce all over the meat and marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours (optional)
  3. Preheat the broiler for 5 minutes
  4. Place the meat in a greased broiler pan reserving the marinade juices inside the baggie. Season with salt and pepper 
  5. Pour the leftover marinade into a small saucepan and heat on low
  6. Broil for 3-4 minutes on each side
  7. Remove flank steak from oven and let it rest covered with foil for 5-10 minutes
  8. Slice the beef against the grain and enjoy!
