Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
  • 8 oz (230g) cherry tomatoes cut into halves

  1. Combine the olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme, and parsley in a bowl. Whisk until well mixed. Toss the tomatoes with the dressing, gently stirring to coat them evenly. Serve immediately.
