Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces marionberry vodka
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup* (see notes for how to make)
- 1 cup ice
- 3 ounces sparkling water
Instructions
- Combine the vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Transfer the shaken cocktail and ice into a serving glass.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with rosemary sprigs

- *To make rosemary simple syrup, combine ½ cup water with ½ cup sugar in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add ½ cup rosemary leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes, strain, and cool.
