Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces marionberry vodka
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup* (see notes for how to make)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 ounces sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Combine the vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Transfer the shaken cocktail and ice into a serving glass.
  4. Top with sparkling water and garnish with rosemary sprigs

Notes

  • *To make rosemary simple syrup, combine ½ cup water with ½ cup sugar in a small pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and add ½ cup rosemary leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes, strain, and cool.
  • Storage Info:
  • For the Marionberry Vodka Cocktail, it's best enjoyed fresh and isn't suited for long-term storage. However, you can prepare the rosemary simple syrup in advance and refrigerate it for up to two weeks.
