Marshmallow Fluff Rice Krispie Treats
These Marshmallow Fluff Rice Krispie Treats combines the classic gooey goodness of marshmallow and peanut butter with crunchy Rice Krispies for a nostalgic and delicious treat. Simply melt marshmallows and peanut butter together, mix with Rice Krispies, and press into a pan for an easy and irresistible dessert.

Ingredients
- ½ cup butter 1 stick
- 16 oz mini marshmallows
- 6 ½ cups rice krispie cereal
- 6 tbsp marshmallow fluff
- 6 + 2 tbsp peanut butter divided
- pinch sea salt
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat a large pot to low heat. Add the regular butter and allow to soften. Pour in the marshmallows once butter starts melting.
- Stir occasionally until marshmallows are a gooey consistency with the melted butter. Turn off heat, add rice krispie cereal and pinch of salt, and fold gently.
- Spray a spoon with cooking spray and dollop 6 tablespoons of peanut butter and 6 tablespoons of marshmallow crème on top of the krispies.
- Fold the krispies in 4-5 large strokes (we want there to be thick swirls, not completely mixed). Transfer it to a greased and parchment paper lined 9x13 large pan.
- Use a rubber spatula to spread the krispies out into the prepared pan. Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted peanut butter in a drizzle.
- Allow to cool for an hour-ish, or transfer to the fridge/freezer to expedite the process. Cut into 16 squares to enjoy!

Notes
- Once cooled, wrap in plastic wrap or store and store in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze for up to 3 months.
