Mason Jar Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 6 graham crackers, crushed, about 3/4 cup
  • 1 1/2 cups berries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a bowl, stir together the yogurt and honey to combine well.
  2. Layer in the mason jars: 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers, and 6-8 berries. Repeat layering to fill each jar.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
