Ingredients

  • 2 kale leaves with stems removed, torn (about 0.9 oz or 25g)
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced (about 6-6.5 oz or 170-180g)
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 3/4 cup milk (180ml)
  • 2/3 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add torn kale leaves, sliced bananas, matcha powder, milk and ice to your blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy right away.

Notes

  • If you use frozen bananas, remove or reduce the ice. Add more or less milk to adjust the consistency of the smoothie.
