Ingredients
- 2 kale leaves with stems removed, torn (about 0.9 oz or 25g)
- 2 medium bananas, sliced (about 6-6.5 oz or 170-180g)
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 3/4 cup milk (180ml)
- 2/3 cup Ice cubes

Instructions
- Add torn kale leaves, sliced bananas, matcha powder, milk and ice to your blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses and enjoy right away.
Notes
- If you use frozen bananas, remove or reduce the ice. Add more or less milk to adjust the consistency of the smoothie.
