Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup milk dairy or non-dairy milk
  • 6-7 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons matcha powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and matcha powder.
  2. Whisk until everything is fully blended.
  3. Let it set for a couple of minutes (5-10 minutes) in the fridge before going back in and giving it a second stir.
  4. Let the chia pudding set in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight.
  5. Give it a stir before serving, and add in your favourite toppings, such as yogurt, fruit, nuts, and seeds.
