Matcha Energy Balls Recipe

Matcha Energy Balls combine rolled oats, desiccated coconut, almond flour, cashew butter, honey, and matcha green tea powder into small, nutrient-dense bites. These no-bake snacks have a slightly chewy texture and an earthy, subtly sweet flavor from the matcha and honey. Rolled in extra honey and coconut optionally, they serve as convenient energy boosts during the day.

Description

The Matcha Energy Balls Recipe blends wholesome ingredients such as rolled oats, desiccated coconut, almond flour, and cashew butter with honey and matcha powder to create compact, flavorful bites. The matcha green tea powder provides an earthy note balanced by the sweetness of honey and coconut. Processing all ingredients together yields a cohesive dough that firms up slightly after refrigeration.

After mixing, the dough is portioned into small balls which can be rolled in honey and shredded coconut to add texture and a touch of added sweetness. The energy balls offer a chewy, dense texture ideal for snacking or a quick nutritional boost without baking or cooking.

They are suitable for keeping on hand in the fridge and make handy snacks for busy days. The subtle matcha flavor and textures from nuts and oats make these energy balls distinctive compared to typical sweet snacks.
