  • ½ ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ¼ ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ ¼ cup cashew butter
  • ¼ ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ ¼ cup matcha
  • Optional: honey and shredded coconut for rolling the balls

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients to your food processor and pulse until it is mixed together well. Put the bowl of your food processor into your fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Use a small cookie scoop to portion out the dough. Roll the dough into balls. If you'd like, roll each ball in a little honey and some coconut.

Notes

  • We've dusted some of the energy balls in a little extra matcha powder, but it does soak into the balls fairly quickly.
