Ingredients
- ½ ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ¼ ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ ¼ cup cashew butter
- ¼ ¼ cup honey
- ¼ ¼ cup matcha
- Optional: honey and shredded coconut for rolling the balls
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to your food processor and pulse until it is mixed together well. Put the bowl of your food processor into your fridge for 10 minutes.
- Use a small cookie scoop to portion out the dough. Roll the dough into balls. If you'd like, roll each ball in a little honey and some coconut.
