Matcha Yogurt Bark

My matcha frozen yogurt bark is flavored with matcha powder and topped with pistachios. It's a fun and simple treat, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup / 300g full fat Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon allulose or honey / maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
  • ¼ cup / 30g pistachios
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, sweetener, matcha powder and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Spread the mixture out on baking or parchment paper and add the pistachios. Freeze until firm.
  3. Break into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

  • Net carbs: 3.1g per 1 serving of 6. 
  • The pistachios are optional. You can use any nuts or seeds you like. Blueberries would also work well here. 
  • Store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Serve immediately after removing from freezer.
