My matcha frozen yogurt bark is flavored with matcha powder and topped with pistachios. It's a fun and simple treat, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup / 300g full fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon allulose or honey / maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- ¼ cup / 30g pistachios
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt, sweetener, matcha powder and vanilla extract until combined.
- Spread the mixture out on baking or parchment paper and add the pistachios. Freeze until firm.
- Break into pieces and enjoy.
Notes
- Net carbs: 3.1g per 1 serving of 6.
- The pistachios are optional. You can use any nuts or seeds you like. Blueberries would also work well here.
- Store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Serve immediately after removing from freezer.
