Ingredients

Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
  • 200 g frozen strawberries
  • 200 g bananas
  • 200 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 2 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tbsp caster sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and chop and load the bananas into the blender.
  2. Load everything else into the blender too and blend until you have a refreshing strawberry bananas smoothie.
  3. Serve.

Notes

  • Frozen strawberries are best. This is because they are frozen and you wont need to then add ice into the recipe too and it will stop your recipe from being watered down and tasteless.
  • You can swap milk for any other dairy such as coconut milk. You can also swap the sugar for a healthier alternative such as maple syrup or honey.
