Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Pat chicken dry and place on baking sheet, making each chicken breast as flat as possible.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Repeat on other side.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a thermometer registers 160° F.
  5. Let rest until cool.
  6. Package for later use (along with any accumulated juices) or use right away!
