Meatball Sub Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 24 meatballs cooked (choose your favorite meatball recipe from above or use store-bought)
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 sandwich rolls
- fresh basil optional garnish
- fresh parmesan cheese optional
Instructions
- Place meatballs and marinara in a pan to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Slice sandwich rolls, but do not cut them through. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Place marinara meatballs into sandwich rolls and be sure to spoon in the sauce.
- Cut the cheese slices in half and place over the meatballs in the rolls.
- Broil on high for 2-3 minutes. Be sure to watch close so they don't burn, but just melt the cheese and toast the rolls. Garnish with fresh cut basil and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
