Meatloaf Recipe with Oatmeal 

This meatloaf with oatmeal features tender beef seasoned with simple spices. Slathered with ketchup, it’s baked to perfection tastes incredible!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef 85% lean or leaner
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3/4 cup uncooked quick oats
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together except for the ketchup. Allow the mixture to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature to meld the flavors together.
  2. Line a loaf pan or baking sheet with foil. Transfer the meat mixture into the pan with your hands, shaping it into a loaf.
  3. Spread the ketchup over the loaf and bake it at 375°F for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove the meatloaf from the pan and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing into it. Enjoy!
