Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts into thin slices.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried parsley, dill, oregano, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl, stirring to coat.
  4. Spread the seasoned chicken onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately once cooked.

  • Hint: Line the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
