Ingredients
- 1 cup honeydew melon balls
- 1 cup cantaloupe melon balls
- 1 bottle chilled Madria Sangria Moscato
- 1/2 cup Hennessy V.S
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 12-ounce lemon-lime soda
Instructions
- Place the melon balls into a pitcher and pour the moscato and cognac over the melon balls along with lemon slices. Cover, and place in the fridge for a few hours.
- Add the lemon-lime soda just before serving. Serve in iced glasses.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- This sangria pairs nicely with empanadas from Chile. The baked pastry shell of the empanada stuffed with a savory filling offsets the sweetness of the sangria. You can’t go wrong when you pair these two together. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, visit sazonremix.com for inspiration and more delicious Chilean recipes.
