Ingredients

  • 1.5 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (thin breasts or halved)
  • 1/2 1/2 cup mayonnaise (see notes for substitution)
  • 1/2 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 1/4 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/4 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, season salt, and pepper. Spread a thin layer on top of the chicken breasts.
  3. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F. Broil for 2-3 minutes to get the topping nice and brown.

Notes

  • You can substitute plain Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise. It is more tart and will not melt as well into the chicken but is an option.
