- 4 cups (700g) milk chocolate
- 15 (20g) white chocolate melting wafers
- 24 Candy eyes
- 24 pretzel sticks
- Orange candies or fondant
- edible pen
Instructions
- Melt chocolate according to the package instructions and spread it out in an even layer on top of parchment paper.
- Use 3 white chocolate wafers to form each snowman, placing onto the melted chocolate.
- Quickly place on the eyes and noses, then draw on each mouth with an edible pen.
- Position the pretzel sticks as snowman arms.
- Let set for about 15 minutes (or longer) in the refrigerator until the chocolate has hardened.
- Break or cut the bark into pieces.

- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler.
- Layer with milk chocolate first, then top with white candy melts.
- Draw the faces onto the candy melts before you melt the milk chocolate so you can move quickly before the chocolate hardens.
- Place the parchment paper on a baking sheet to easily transfer it to the fridge for cooling.
- Gently score the chocolate with the tip of a sharp knife to control where the breaks occur.
- Break the chocolate into pieces when it cooled and hardened completely.
- Don’t worry about trying to make the snowmen whole when breaking into pieces.
