Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup milk whole
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped; white onion
  • 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons chives fresh, finely chopped
  • fresh vegetables for serving (cauliflower, broccoli, carrot sticks, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe container, microwave the cream cheese and milk for 2 to 4 minutes, whisking after each minute until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream, onion, parsley, and chives and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to use. Serve with fresh veggies for dipping.
