Merry Cherry Lime Ginger Beer

This merry cherry lime ginger beer mocktail is super delicious and festive! Made with ginger beer, maraschino cherry juice, freshly squeezed lime juice and seltzer, it's refreshing, sweet, gingery and hits the spot.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz maraschino cherry juice
  • ½ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 6 ounces ginger beer, or ginger ale
  • splash of lime seltzer
  • lime wedges, for garnish
  • maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour the cherry juice and lime juice over the ice. Add the ginger beer, then fill to the top with seltzer. Add a lime wedge and a few cherries. Gently stir to mix. Top with a mint sprig!
