Mexican Albacore Tuna Ceviche Recipe With Cilantro
This Mexican Albacore Tuna Ceviche combines sushi-grade cubed albacore tuna with finely diced red onion, jalapeño, fresh lime juice, and cilantro. The lime juice lightly cures the fish, producing a refreshing, tangy appetizer with a balance of heat from jalapeños and herbal notes from cilantro. Seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper, it’s typically served with tortilla chips for scooping.
