Ingredients
- ½ ½ can black beans
- 1 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 1 Mango
- 2 2 tomatoes or 2 handsful of cherry tomatoes
- ½ ½ red onion
- 1 1 clove garlic
- 2 2 limes
- 1 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ ½ teaspoons paprika powder
- 1 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Chop the tomatoes and the mango. Chop the onion very fine and mix with the beans.
- Press the garlic. Mix the juice of a lemon, the maple syrup and (if you use it) the avocado oil. Mix in the paprika powder and chili flakes. Mix through the salad.
- Chop or tear the cilantro and mix.
