Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey, or ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons package taco seasoning
  • 4 ounces canned green chilies
  • 1 cup salsa
Toppings
  • rice
  • lettuce, chopped
  • black beans, drained and rinsed
  • avocado, chopped
  • cheddar cheese, shredded
  • tomato, diced
  • mango, diced
  • cilantro
  • tortilla strips

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 pound ground turkey,. Cook until no longer pink.
  2. Add 4 ounces canned green chilies, 2 tablespoons package taco seasoning, and 1 cup salsa. Stir to combine and cook an additional 2 minutes.
To Assemble
  1. Serve the meat mixture over rice or shredded lettuce,.
  2. Add desired toppings like black beans, avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato, mango, cilantro, and tortilla strips and enjoy!
